Low noise
Roots blower has no internal compression, which causes the high-pressure air in the pipe network to be reversely filled into the compression chamber during exhaust, forming air shock, generating high and low frequency air noise, and the equipment vibrates significantly. The screw blower has internal compression, and its compression chamber discharge pressure is close to the pipe network pressure, the exhaust is smooth, and the vibration and noise of the equipment are significantly reduced. The noise of the screw blower is concentrated in the high-frequency part, which can be handled by silencers and noise reduction measures. Therefore, the noise of the entire screw blower is 30dB (A) lower than that of the Roots blower.
After analyzing the spectrum of the sound source, the professional customized intake and exhaust silencer design greatly reduces the noise transmission of the oil-free screw compressor to the external environment.
The entire oil-free screw blower adopts a soundproof device and is fully sealed. The air inlet enters the inner cavity after being treated with a specially designed noise reduction air inlet, and the noise
transmission from the inside to the outside is minimized. There is no asbestos, PE cotton or other sound-absorbing materials inside the exhaust silencer. Noise reduction is achieved through acoustic design.
